① The 7th trumpet will be sounded.
Rev.11:14 The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe comes quickly.
Rev.11:15 The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!"
† The 7th trumpet is the last trumpet.[1] When the last trumpet is sounded, the truthfulness of the commandments is finally proved because the resurrection and the transformation occurs.[2] Satan's claim that 'God gave His creatures the commandments that they cannot keep and that He will eventually cause them to die' comes to be disproved.[3] If the commandments are really something creatures cannot keep, then reign by the commandments is the reign of death for creatures who cannot keep them.[4] If the creatures really cannot love God and their neighbors, the commandments will cause them all to die. But the commandments are expression of God's love[5], and God did not create His creatures to kill.[6]
† When we realize that the commandments God has given us are truthful, our doubts about God who gave them will also disappear. Creatures no longer doubt about God's love and justice.[7] Through the cross[8] and the 1st resurrection[9], God's love and justice are finally confirmed. The commandments now stands as the basis for judgment[10], and therefore judgment is executed for all criminals who break the commandments and trample their neighbors.[11] The martyr witnesses are resurrected or transformed and caught up into the air[12], and the common saints all died in tribulation before the mark of the beast was imposed.[13] (There may be different opinions on this.) Now only the wicked remain on the earth. Therefore, God pours out the 7 plagues on the earth.[14] Just as the 7 plagues are contained within the 7th trumpet, in the past when the Israelites blew the 7th trumpet on the 7th day, they circled Jericho 7 times.[15]
② God will raise those who are worthy of the 1st resurrection.
Gen.3:19 By the sweat of your face will you eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For you are dust, and to dust you shall return."
Eccles.12:7 And the dust returns to the earth as it was, And the spirit returns to God who gave it.
† When a person dies, the flesh which is dust, returns to dust, and the spirit returns to God who gave it. His/Her soul will wait and be resurrected at the great white throne judgment and settle accounts in front of the judgment seat.[16]
† The substance of a person is 'soul'. The soul and the flesh that are burned in the lake of fire after sinning.[17] However, the saints[18] have a spirit.[19] The spirit[20] the substance of an angel[21] and the soul[22] the substance of a person, are burned in the lake of fire after sinning. Resurrected or transformed saint puts on a spiritual body[23] and become like an angel.[24] I do not know if the souls of the saints who have become like angels, will still be souls or not. And I do not know whether the angels who are spirits are merely spirits without bodies[25], or whether they are clothed[26] in spiritual bodies.[27]
† The dust of Hades returns to Hades. Both the righteous and the wicked wait in Hades until the great white throne judgment except the martyr witnesses.[28] I don't know whether the realm of the righteous and the realm of the wicked are separated in Hades, but it is clear that they will wait in Hades until the 2nd resurrection.[29] Even the righteous cannot ascend to the heaven of angels until they are resurrected.[30] Until the Son raises the martyr witnesses through the 1st resurrection, only the Son ascended into the heaven of angels after He was resurrected.[31] However, in addition to Hades symbolized by the altar of burnt offering, there is also the sea of glass symbolized by the bronze sea, so we might think that there is a possibility that the righteous will wait near the sea of glass.[32] In any case, the souls of martyr witnesses are crying out under the altar.[33] And this altar means the altar of burnt offering, that is, Hades[34], not the altar of incense which is in the true temple, in the heaven of angels.[35]
Acts2:34 For David didn't ascend into the heavens, but he says himself, 'The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit by my right hand,
† Neither David nor Peter who was preaching these words, ascended to the heaven of angels. No saints in the time of old or new testament are able to ascend into the heaven of angels. How can they ascend into heaven while they are sleeping?[36] When the LORD Jesus comes again, He will awaken those who will reach the 1st resurrection, to make them rule His 1000-year kingdom as their reward.[37] And He will raise the rest of the dead before the great white throne to judge them after 1000 years.[38]
Rev.6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed for the Word of God, and for the testimony of the Lamb which they had.
Rev.6:10 They cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, Master, the holy and true, do you not judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?"
Rev.6:11 A long white robe was given them. They were told that they should rest yet for a while, until their fellow servants and their brothers, who would also be killed even as they were, completed their course.
† There is the bronze altar and the golden altar. The bronze altar is the altar of burnt offering in the courtyard, and the golden altar is the altar of incense in the sanctuary. The altar where the martyr witnesses cry out, is probably the altar of the earth, the altar of burnt offering, in connection with the ground where Abel's blood cries out.[39] The altar of burnt offering is Hades which will be thown into the lake of fire, or will become the lake of fire, that burns Satan fraudswarms. The realm known to us as the Earth. The souls of the martyr witnesses are still waiting in Hades before the LORD Jesus returns and resurrects them. The souls of the martyr witnesses cry out for judgment and vengeance of those who shed their blood. After the appointed number of martyr witnesses is completed, the LORD Jesus will raise them up in the 1st resurrection and judge the earth with the 7 plagues.
† The cry of judgment here does not mean that the souls of the martyr witnesses ask for personal revenge in resentment on those who killed them.[40] The cry of the martyr witnesses is a prayer for the end of the oppression on the weak by judging Satan fraudswarms who rule the earth with violence and control humans to kill their neighbors.[41] The prayer of the martyr witnesses is the prayer for liberation of the creatures from the bloody oppression of Satan fraudswarms.[42] Since the existence of the martyr witnesses who kept the commandments proves the truthfulness of the commandments, they expose the claim of Satan fraudswarms to be false and confirm the judgment against them.[43] In order for God's righteous reign to be established and for the creatures to rest, the evil creatures under sin must be judged. Satan and his evil forces, whether angels or humans, will be thrown into the lake of fire.
Gen.4:10 Yahweh said, "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries to me from the ground.
Gen.4:11 Now you are cursed because of the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand.
† The soul of Abel, a martyr, rests and cries out for judgment on the wicked. The blood of martyrs is crying out for judgment on those who shed his/her blood. (This does not mean that Abel suffers from the resentment of injustice.)
Is.26:19 Your dead shall live; my dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in the dust; for your dew is [as] the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast forth the dead.
Is.26:20 Come, my people, enter you into your chambers, and shut your doors about you: hide yourself for a little moment, until the indignation be past.
Is.26:21 For, behold, Yahweh comes forth out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
† When the 7th trumpet is sounded, God will resurrect and transform the martyr witnesses through God the Holy Spirit[44] and pour out the 7 plagues on the earth that Satan is oppressing illegally.[45] During the pouring out of the 7 plagues, the saints who have been resurrected or transformed will hide in chambers prepared for them.[46] Only resurrected or transformed saints perhaps can enter these chambers.
Is.27:12 It shall happen in that day, that Yahweh will beat off [his fruit] from the flood of the River to the brook of Egypt; and you shall be gathered one by one, you children of Israel.
Is.27:13 It shall happen in that day, that a great trumpet shall be blown; and they shall come who were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and those who were outcasts in the land of Egypt; and they shall worship Yahweh in the holy mountain at Jerusalem.
† When the 7th trumpet is sounded, those worthy of the 1st resurrection will be resurrected, and the living martyrs will be changed. 7 plagues will be poured out on the earth, and the LORD Jesus will imprison Satan in the abyss and create a new heaven and a new earth.[47] Only those who have reached the 1st resurrection can enter new Jerusalem.[48] Therefore, the holy mountain of Jerusalem here refers to the new Jerusalem, the bride.[49]
1Cor.15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery. We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed,
1Cor.15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed.
1Cor.15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Cor.15:54 But when this corruptible will have put on incorruption, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen: "Death is swallowed up in victory."
† Death comes from sin because death is the wages of sin.[50] The defeat of death means that those who overcome sin will be resurrected.[51] Those who have been resurrected do not die again because they are those who have overcome sin, that is, who kept the commandments.[52] God will clothe them with an incorruptible spiritual body instead of a soulish flesh of dust.[53]
1Thess.4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so those who have fallen asleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
1Thess.4:15 For this we tell you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left to the coming of the Lord, will in no way precede those who have fallen asleep.
1Thess.4:16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God's trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first,
1Thess.4:17 then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
† The LORD Jesus will first awaken those who sleep in Him and then transform those who are still alive. And the resurrected or transformed martyr witnesses will receive the LORD Jesus in the air.
1Cor.15:22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
1Cor.15:23 But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, then those who are Christ's, at his coming.
1Cor.15:24 Then the end comes, when he will deliver up the Kingdom to God, even the Father; when he will have abolished all rule and all authority and power.
† The LORD Jesus became the firstfruits of those who are asleep.[54] When the LORD Jesus comes again, He will resurrect and transform the martyr witnesses who became the firstfruits after Him.[55] After that, after the 1000-year kingdom, at the great white throne judgment, the LORD Jesus will resurrect the rest of the saints. And the creation world, completed in the process of the Son's inheritance and sins within it are annihilated, is dedicated to the Father.[56]
Phil.3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;
Phil.3:21 who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.
† The Son who is seated on the true throne in the heaven of angels with the spiritual body, will raise up those who are worthy of the 1st resurrection and will clothe them with the same body He is wearing.[57]
Heb.11:35 Women received their dead by resurrection. Others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection.
† The better resurrection is the 1st resurrection. Only the martyr witnesses are raised to the better resurrection. They are rewarded with 1000 years of rulership under the Son. Depending on the degree of loyalty, the reward will also be different.[58]
Rev.20:4 I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as didn't worship the beast nor his image, and didn't receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived, and reigned with Christ for the thousand years.
Rev.20:5 The rest of the dead didn't live until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Rev.20:6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him one thousand years.
† The resurrected or transformed martyr witnesses, the bride, will rule under the Son as royal priests in the 1000-year kingdom. Since their judgment has already ended and they have been confirmed as those who are worthy of the resurrection of life, they will not be judged again for good and evil in front of the great white throne.
John5:29 and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
† After the 1000-year kingdom, there will be a resurrection of life and a resurrection of judgment in front of the great white throne. Among the resurrection of life, there is a better resurrection, the 1st resurrection.
Luke14:14 and you will be blessed, because they don't have the resources to repay you. For you will be repaid in the resurrection of the righteous."
† The resurrection of these righteous people who receive the reward means the 1st resurrection. All rewards are given in the 1000-year kingdom. It is to spend less than 100 years of life and obtain the rulership for 1000 years.[59] After the great white throne judgment is over, it is assumed that there will be no further concept of the reward in the everlasting world.
Dan.12:2 Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
Dan.12:3 Those who are wise shall shine as the brightness of the expanse; and those who turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.
† The saints raised by the 1st resurrection, will shine as the brightness of the expanse at least for 1000 years.[60]
Acts24:15 having hope toward God, which these also themselves look for, that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
† At the great white throne judgment, the resurrection of the righteous and the wicked will take place.
Rom.2:6 who "will pay back to everyone according to their works:"
Rom.2:7 to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and incorruptibility, eternal life;
Rom.2:8 but to those who are self-seeking, and don't obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath and indignation,
Rom.2:9 oppression and anguish, on every soul of man who works evil, on the Jew first, and also on the Greek.
Rom.2:10 But glory and honor and peace to every man who works good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
† God will reward each one according to what he/she has done.[61] This means that there will be differences in punishment. So those who do more evil will be punished more than those who do less. I believe that Satan will be punished more than Adam.[62] But those who have done evil, those whose sins are not forgiven by the blood of the Son, cannot escape being thrown into the lake of fire. Perhaps the severity of the burning pain in the lake of fire may be different according to the sins of each evil creature. According to God's justice, there will be no punishment beyond one's own sins.[63] I believe that if anyone committed many sins, he/she will be punished a lot.[64]
† I guess that those who are thrown into the lake of fire will probably eventually perish and return to non-existence when they pay the full price for their sins.[65] It may be argued that after paying all the price for one's sins in the lake of fire, he/she will eventually live forever, but I believe that such a claim is wrong. Will the free will of the creatures who refused to repent until the end and were eventually thrown into the lake of fire, be perfected while being burned? Can a creature that hated God and did not stop trampling on its neighbors until the end, suddenly fall in love with God as it is burned in the lake of fire?
† If anyone is going to argue that evil creatures will eventually live forever after being burned in the lake of fire, he/she has to answer clearly first, 'If God who respects the free will He has granted to His creatures, would use the punishment of lake of fire other than the cross, to perfect the free will of His creatures and transform the evil creatures into those who hate sin, why did God allow His creatures free will in the first place and why did He determine the cross before the creation? Wouldn't it have been better to just burn the creatures in the lake of fire from the beginning?' God perfects the free will of creatures through love.[66] Free will will not be perfected by punishment because the punishment will make creatures fear God than love Him.[67] All people have done evil[68], but those who have received the Son, receive the forgiveness of their sins through the blood of the Son and can maintain the forgiveness of their sins until the end through God the Holy Spirit who comes and dwells in them.[69]
Rev.11:15 The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!"
† All nations become the kingdom of the Father and the Son. When the 7th trumpet is sounded, the resurrection and the transformation occur.
† After resurrecting the sleeping martyrs and transforming the living martyrs, the LORD Jesus who came into the air, will catch them up into the air[70] and pour out the 7 plagues on the earth. During the pouring out of the 7 plagues, the saints who have been resurrected or transformed will offer up the song of the Lamb on the sea of glass.[71] And the saints will come down with the LORD Jesus as the armis of heaven, when the LORD Jesus comes down even to the earth.[72]
Ω The qualification of the resurrection |
Premise In the resurrection, there are the resurrection of life and the resurrection of judgment.[73] And among the resurrection of life, there is the 1st resurrection which is the better resurrection. In order to distinguish it from the 1st resurrection, let's express the resurrection of life, not the 1st resurrection, as the 2nd resurrection of life. We do not discuss here whether the LORD Jesus will clothe the saints who will be resurrected by the 2nd resurrection of life at the great white throne judgment, with a spiritual body.[74] Resurrection here means only the better resurrection which is the 1st resurrection. |
Luke20:35 But those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. Luke20:36 For neither can they die any more, for they are like the angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. † Not everyone is resurrected by the 1st resurrection just because their sins are forgiven, but only those who are considered worthy, the martyr witnesses, are raised by the 1st resurrection. † Only martyr witnesses who have been beheaded or have rejected the mark of the beast are resurrected or transformed. Heb.11:35 Women received their dead by resurrection. Others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. † Those who do not avoid torture and remain faithful to the end will be resurrected or transformed.[75] Heb.11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. Heb.11:14 For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking after a country of their own. Heb.11:15 If indeed they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had enough time to return. Heb.11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them. † Only those who have given up the comforts of this earth and lived according to their faith, looking to their homeland, will be resurrected or transformed and inherit new Jerusalem, their homeland. Matt.19:27 Then Peter answered, "Behold, we have left everything, and followed you. What then will we have?" Matt.19:28 Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly I tell you that you who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man will sit on the throne of his glory, you also will sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Matt.19:29 Everyone who has left houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, will receive one hundred times, and will inherit eternal life. † Only those who have given up what they had to give up in order to follow the LORD Jesus, are resurrected or transformed. Rom.8:16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; Rom.8:17 and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him. Rom.8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us. † Those who will receive the glory of the resurrection, are those who have passed through the sufferings worthy of that glory. 1Cor.15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 1Cor.15:54 But when this corruptible will have put on incorruption, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen: "Death is swallowed up in victory." 1Cor.15:55 "Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?" 1Cor.15:56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. † Death takes hold of the sin of breaking the law. To overcome death and be resurrected means to overcome sin, and to overcome sin means to keep the law, that is, the commandments. To keep the commandments means to prove that it is possible to keep the commandments, and to prove that it is possible to keep the commandments means to condemn the act of breaking the commandments that can be sufficiently kept. Therefore, through the resurrection and the transformation, the commandments are established as the basis for judgment. Rom.8:11 But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. † Only those in whom the Spirit of the Father resides, are resurrected and transformed by the Spirit of the Father. Rev.12:10 I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, "Now is come the salvation, the power, and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ; for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God day and night. Rev.12:11 They overcame him because of the Lamb's blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn't love their life, even to death. † Those who overcome Satan will be resurrected and transformed. They depended on the blood of the Lamb and the word of God to overcome Satan, and did not spare their lives even to death. They laid down their lives, so they will gain lives.[76] These are those who took up their cross and followed the way of the cross that the LORD Jesus went on. |
Those who sinned must die.[77] The reason the Son was forsaken by His Father but was raised again[78], was because the Son took our sins instead of us[79], not because the Son Himself sinned.[80] This is the difference between being considered a sinner and being a sinner who actually committed sins. It is clear that the Son had nothing to do with sin.[81] But we sin.[82] We are acknowledged innocent because we have been forgiven of our sins through the blood of the Son, not because we actually live completely sinless lives.[83] If only receiving the forgiveness of sins through the blood of the Son, we come to have nothing to do with our sins and we have no choice but to attain to the resurrection, then all who receive the Son and receive forgiveness of sins come to attain to the resurrection. However, at the time of the 1st resurrection which is the better resurrection, only the martyr witnesses who have overcome sins through God the Holy Spirit, attain to the resurrection[84], and the truthfulness of the commandments is proved through their resurrection. Only those who keep the commandments and overcome sin, are resurrected or transformed. If so, does that mean that all those who are resurrected or transformed, are perfect people who do not commit any sin like the LORD Jesus?[85] Not like that. It is true that these people lived a righteous life through God the Holy Spirit, but that does not mean that they are completely flawless.[86] Although it may appear flawless in the eyes of humans[87], in the eyes of God it is not.[88] Even Peter on whom God the Holy Spirit had come, was hypocritical at one time[89], and there were divisions in the ministry of Paul and Barnabas.[90] But they will be resurrected. If we have flaws, we are not perfect. If we are not perfect, how can we say that we have kept the commandments? And if we have not kept the commandments, how can we be sure that we will be resurrected or transformed?[91] The commandments is to love God and our neighbors.[92] Therefore, those who will be resurrected or transformed are those who love God and love their neighbors. Love is not something we can do[93] on our own.[94] It is possible only when God the Holy Spirit comes upon us.[95] But God does not force us to love if we do not try to love.[96] In other words, it is possible only with the power of God the Holy Spirit[97], but we must try to love.[98] Therefore, God the Holy Spirit allows those who try to love God[99], to love God.[100] The supreme love that the Creator requires of human, is to lay down his/her life.[101] If it is not forsaken with love, it has no value[102], but if it is forsaken with love, there is no greater love.[103] Laying down one's life for love, is the limit of obedience that God requires of humans.[104] God does not require humans more than that.[105] Even if we just give up all our possessions and our lives to please God, that alone is enough for God to accept us happily.[106] This standard is available to everyone, and there is not a single person who cannot meet this standard because of external factors. If anyone tries to, it is a standard that can be perfectly met in any situation or circumstance, whether[107] ex-convict[108] or sick[109], beggar[110] or slave[111]. To love the LORD Jesus is to keep the commandments given by the LORD Jesus[112], and that commandments are to love God and our neighbors.[113] If we turn from our sins because we love the LORD Jesus, and lay down our lives according to the will of the LORD Jesus[114], even if there are flaws that appear because we are in the cursed flesh, our flaws are not recognized as sins because of love.[115] We are the ones who keep the commandments.[116] It may mean that even if we make mistakes from time to time, our faults are tolerated because we usually live a life of love. But rather, we are tolerated because they are flaws that emerge as we strive to live the life of love. It is just that we cannot express the love we have in our hearts properly.[117] It means that even if we have flaws, there is nothing lacking in our hearts to love God and our neighbors.[118] As proof of that, we will lay down our lives for the LORD Jesus and our neighbors when the time comes. |
③ The Son will come again to judge those who are under sin.
Dan.7:22 until the ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the Most High, and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
† The Son will avenge the saints[119], and in Him the saints will inherit the kingdom. This kingdom is the 1000-year kingdom.
Acts24:25 As he reasoned about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix was terrified, and answered, "Go your way for this time, and when it is convenient for me, I will summon you."
† In order to achieve righteousness, we must receive the forgiveness of sins through the blood of the Son and be self-controled against our sins. We can avoid judgment by self-control through God the Holy Spirit.
John5:22 For neither does the Father judge anyone, but he has given all judgment to the Son,
John5:23 that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who doesn't honor the Son doesn't honor the Father who sent him.
† The judgment is made by the Son. Those who are under sin will be judged according to the proclamation of the Son.[120] The Son is the Creator, the Savior, and the Judge. Creatures are to offer their due worship to the Son, the Creator and the Judge.
Rom.2:12 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
† Judgment is made according to the word of the Son, the commandments.
Rom.2:16 in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my gospel, by Jesus Christ.
† This is the day when the Son comes again. (It may be argued that it is the time of the great white throne judgment.)
2Cor.5:10 For we must all be revealed before the judgment seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
† We will be judged according to what we have done, whether good or bad.[121]
2Thess.2:11 Because of this, God sends them a working of error, that they should believe a lie;
2Thess.2:12 that they all might be judged who didn't believe the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
† God gave creatures free will. God permits the creatures to be tempted, giving them the opportunity to exercise their free will and make choices. And God respects the choices of each creature according to their free will He has given them, and allows them to receive the results. The results of each choice have already been revealed through the bible. Anyone who wants to read the bible can read the bible. But those who reject the Son will not read the bible nor will they live in obedience to the Son.[122]
1Tim.5:12 having condemnation, because they have rejected their first pledge.
† If we forsake our faith in the Son[123], we will go under judgment even if our sins were once forgiven by the blood of the Son.[124]
2Tim.4:1 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom:
† It is the Son who will judge the living and the dead. The Son will judge those who are under sin and establish a kingdom of righteousness, and after 1000 years He will throw even sin and death into the lake of fire.[125]
Heb.6:2 of the teaching of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
† Death is sleep. Sleep is not the end. The Son will wake us up again at the judgment, and each of us will receive the results we deserve for our deeds.[126] And all who are under sin will be burned.
Heb.9:27 Inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment,
† Those who return to dust and fall asleep must once fall on their faces before the judgment seat of God.
Heb.10:26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins,
Heb.10:27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which will devour the adversaries.
† Those who continue to enjoy sin, even after receiving the word of truth[127], must be atoned for again because they have defiled the blood of the Son. Since there can be no other sacrifice than the Son who is God, there is no other means of atonement except the blood of the Son. Eventually they will be thrown into the lake of fire.
1Pet.4:5 who will give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.
† All humans must fall on their faces before the judgment seat.
2Pet.2:4 For if God didn't spare angels when they sinned, but cast them down to Tartarus, and committed them to pits of darkness, to be reserved to judgment;]
† It is the great white throne judgment when all the angels who have sinned will be judged. At this time, Satan is thrown into the lake of fire. Perhaps the angels belonging to Satan will also be thrown into the lake of fire at this time. The angels who have sinned are imprisoned in Tartaroo, the chain of darkness in Hades. They will be imprisoned again in the abyss and eventually thrown into the lake of fire.
2Pet.2:9 the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment;
† Creatures will be punished on the day of judgment according to their evil deeds.[128]
2Pet.3:7 But the heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
† The day of judgment and destruction, when the 1st heaven and the 1st earth will be burned with fire, will be when the Son comes again.[129] The judgment at this time is different from the great white throne judgment that will come after the resurrection of the righteous and the wicked. The LORD Jesus is simply burning down the earth of sin and destroying it.
Jude1:6 Angels who didn't keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.
† The great day of judgment is the time of the great white throne judgment.
Jude1:14 About these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, "Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones,
Jude1:15 to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him."
† The time of the coming of the Son with many thousands of His holy ones to judge sinners here, is probably the time of the great white throne judgment. At the time of the great white throne judgment, the LORD Jesus will resurrect the righteous and the wicked, but the resurrection of the wicked will not occur at His 2nd coming. However, if the judgment here refers to the 7 plagues and the judgment of the 2nd coming[130], there is a possibility that it also refers to the time of the 2nd coming. But at the 2nd coming, the LORD Jesus will not judge all people according to their deeds. In any case, if the commandments are established as the basis for judgment through the resurrection and the transformation of the martyr witnesses, the act of breaking the commandments is condmned and finally confirmed as sin.[131] The way for the Son to return will be opened.
Rev.11:18 The nations were angry, and your wrath came, as did the time for the dead to be judged, and to give your servants the prophets, their reward, as well as the saints, and those who fear your name, the small and the great; and to destroy those who destroy the earth."
Rev.11:19 God's temple that is in heaven was opened, and the ark of the Lord's covenant was seen in his temple. Lightnings, sounds, thunders, an earthquake, and great hail followed.
† The LORD Jesus will come again and destroy those who destroy the earth, and reward those who fear the name of God. This reward is the 1000-year kingdom.[132]
Rev.14:7 He said with a loud voice, "Fear the Lord, and give him glory; for the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and the springs of waters!"
† The LORD Jesus will judge the 1st heaven and the 1st earth polluted with sin. This judgment is the destruction of the 1st heaven and the 1st earth, and it is different from the judgment at the great white throne when the wicked are resurrected and thrown into the lake of fire.
Rev.17:1 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come here. I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who sits on many waters,
† The great harlot[133] who sits on many waters[134], is destroyed by the beast on which she rides.[135]
Rev.18:20 Rejoice over her, O heaven, you saints, apostles, and prophets; for God has judged your judgment on her."
Rev.18:21 A mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and cast it into the sea, saying, "Thus with violence will Babylon, the great city, be thrown down, and will be found no more at all.
† The harlot, the great city, the 3rd Babylon in history, set up by Satan, will never stand again.
Rev.19:11 I saw the heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.
† The Son will come again to judge, to cover the earth with 7 plagues, and to imprison Satan fraudswarms in the abyss. He will burn the 1st heaven and the 1st earth with fire and establish the 1000-year kingdom in the new heaven and the new earth.[136]
Matt.16:27 For the Son of Man will come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will render to everyone according to his deeds.
† The Son will come again and will repay each one according to their deeds.
Matt.25:31 "But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory.
Matt.25:32 Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
Matt.25:33 He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
† When the Son comes in the glory of His Father, He will divide the sheep that obey the Son and the goats that confess with their mouths but deny by their deeds.
Matt.25:41 Then he will say also to those on the left hand, 'Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels;
Matt.25:46 These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."
† There will be no one who will be thrown into the lake of fire before the great white throne judgment because the judgment has not yet been executed. (The beast and the false prophet are the exceptions.[137]) If this glorious throne is the great white throne, the goats will soon be thrown into the lake of fire, but if this glorious throne refers to His 2nd coming, the goats will be thrown into the lake of fire after 1000 years. Before the judgment of the lake of fire, the 1000-year kingdom must pass first. If this glorious throne is the great white throne, this time here means the 3rd coming of the LORD Jesus. However, considering that He makes the sheep inherit His kingdom, it seems to mean the 2nd coming of the LORD Jesus.[138] Because this kingdom prepared for the sheep is the 1000-year kingdom.[139] Therefore, when the command to inherit the kingdom is executed, is the time when the 1000-year kingdom is established, and when the command to be thrown into the fire with sinful angels is executed, is the time of the great white throne judgment after the 1000-year kingdom. (It may be argued that the kingdom inherited to the sheep is not the 1000-year kingdom but the everlasting world.[140] If so, then the time when the Son distinguishes the sheep from goats, is probably the time of the great white throne judgment.)
† When the Son sits on the throne and resurrects and judges all those who have been on the earth since Adam, it is the time of the great white throne judgment. At this time, the resurrection of life and the resurrection of judgment will take place. At the time of the great white throne judgment, the sheep will not be able to receive the reward because the reign of the 1000-year kingdom which will be given to the saints as their reward, has already passed. The eternal fire that the goats were told to enter into, means the lake of fire. When the Son comes again, He will not immediately throw the goats into the lake of fire. When the Son comes again, the 1st heaven and the 1st earth will be burned and dissolved and melted, and the new heaven and the new earth, the 1000-year kingdom, will be established.[141] The burning of the 1st heaven and the 1st earth refers to the burning of materials, not the lake of fire that burns sinful souls and sinful spirits under sin. An adam is a soul, an angel is a spirit.
Matt.26:64 Jesus said to him, "You have said it. Nevertheless, I tell you, henceforth you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming on the clouds of the sky."
† This will happen when the Son comes again.
Rev.1:7 Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, including those who pierced him. All the tribes of the earth will mourn over him. Even so, Amen.
† It does not mean that when the Son comes again, He will raise up those who pierced Him to a resurrection of judgment and make them see the Son. Here, it is specifically referring to the Satan fraudswarms who manipulated the wicked to crucify the Son[142], but all the creatures who disobeyed the Son were those who pierced the Son. (Although it may be argued that the LORD Jesus will not raise them up to a resurrection of judgment but make them perceptible the coming of the LORD Jesus.[143])
2Thess.1:6 Since it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you,
2Thess.1:7 and to give relief to you that are afflicted with us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire,
2Thess.1:8 giving vengeance to those who don't know God, and to those who don't obey the gospel of the LORD Jesus,
2Thess.1:9 who will pay the penalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might,
2Thess.1:10 when he comes to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired among all those who have believed (because our testimony to you was believed) in that day.
† The Son will repay each creature according to what they have done. Therefore, those who inflict pain on the saints will suffer as much. The Father will resurrect the saints before the 7 plagues[144], and the saints will receive the Son in the air.[145] After destroying the wicked with the 7 plagues, the Son will come again to judge the remaining wicked who do not die in the 7 plagues[146], and then the 1000-year kingdom will be established. (Some argue that this time when the Son shall be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire, is not the time of His 2nd coming but the time of the great white throne judgment. Anyway, if we see this time as the time of the 2nd coming of the LORD Jesus,) Here, those who do not know God and those who do not obey the gospel of the LORD Jesus, are Satan fraudswarms, including evil people who are active on the earth when the Son comes again. And the penalty of eternal destruction is the 7 plagues and the judgment of the Son who comes again, and the abyss. The end is the lake of fire.
† I don't know if the evil people who died in the 7 plagues and judgment of the Son, will be confined into the abyss with Satan.[147] However, in view of imprisoning unclean spirits, the demons, into the abyss[148], the wicked are also souls that have sinned and have been cursed[149], so they can be imprisoned in the abyss with Satan. If the 1st heaven and the 1st earth are burned and all or most of Hades is turned into the abyss, then the wicked will not be able to escape from Hades where sin is confined[150], the wicked will also be imprisoned in the abyss after death. In any case, the sinners who will certainly be confined in the abyss are Satan along with his fallen angels. Sinners confined in the abyss will be thrown into the lake of fire after 1000 years. When the Son comes again after the 7 plagues, all the wicked will die[151] and the Son will establish His kingdom for 1000 years. After the 1000-year kingdom, the Son will raise up all the wicked who lived on the earth through the resurrection of judgment[152], and will make them prostrate before the great white throne[153], and throw them all into the lake of fire.
† It may also be argued that the rejectors who had never even received the forgiveness of their sins in the first place, would be thrown into the lake of fire without resurrection. In order to claim this, it is necessary to first explain ①how the creatures who can only see what is visible, can understand the fairness of judgment? and ②how it can be a reasonable punishment in the absence of a body?[154] Whether only the fallen saints are raised in the resurrection of judgment, or both the fallen saints and the rejectors are raised in the resurrection of judgment, anyway, each of these souls will be thrown into the lake of fire, clothed in their bodies.
† Whether they have received the law or not, those who break the commandments are sure to perish.[155] The law referred to here is not the law that the Pharisees did not understand properly, but the law as God intended[156] in which the Son revealed its true meaning.[157] Human strength alone cannot keep this law.[158] However, those who obey God the Holy Spirit who is the truth, can keep this law through God the Holy Spirit.[159] Salvation is grace[160] because we can keep the commandments through God the Holy Spirit.[161] Salvation is grace through faith, but the faith is clearly manifested in righteous deeds.[162] Faith that is not manifested in works is a faith that even demons have[163], and such faith does not lead to salvation.[164] If we confess with our mouths that the LORD Jesus is Lord[165], but deny the confession with our deeds[166], we have begun by receiving the forgiveness of our sins[167], but we have fallen in the middle.[168] If the saints who have their sins forgiven, keep their faith until the end[169], they will reach[170] the salvation of soul[171] and body.[172] If we obey God the Holy Spirit[173] and keep the commandments to the end[174], there will be no evil action[175] that deserves judgment.[176] (I do not mean absolute perfection. Even Peter[177] and Paul[178] who received God the Holy Spirit, were not perfect. I am referring to the motive that comes from the heart.[179] If we are pure in heart[180], we can lay down our lives for the LORD Jesus, even if we have flaws.) Forgiveness of sins is just the beginning, not the end.[181]
Ω A person who is a 'soul' and a demon who is a 'spirit' |
① A person is a 'soul'.[182] An angel is a 'spirit'.[183] A demon is an 'unclean spirit'.[184] A person[185] cannot become a demon[186] unless the 'soul' becomes a 'spirit' after leaving the body. If a 'soul' becomes a 'spirit' after leaving his/her body, since it is the 'soul' and 'body' that are thrown into the lake of fire, when a person who became an 'unclean spirit' is thrown into the lake of fire, he/she must become a 'soul' again. ② Although it is possible to receive a 'spirit'[187] in a person's body[188], it is usually expressed as 'give up the soul' when a person dies.[189] (I don't know[190] about the rejectors, but there are times when the saints[191] pray to God for their spirit.[192]) The substance of a person contained in the shell of the body, is the 'soul'. It is the body and 'soul' that are burned in the lake of fire[193], and the 'souls' of the martyr witnesses also cry out for justice.[194] It means that the subject of a person who decides to do good or sin, is the 'soul'. Because the 'soul' sins with the body, the 'soul' of the resurrected person is thrown into the lake of fire with the responsibility for the sin.[195] But a demon is a 'spirit'. I cannot find a word in the bible that the 'soul' outside the body becomes a 'spirit' and goes through. ③ The saints have their own spirit, but I cannot assure you that the rejectors also have their own spirit. If the rejectors have their own spirit, but they are merely dead[196], then views on where their free will lies may differ. Assuming that the rejectors have their own spirit, I believe that their free will is in their 'souls', their actions are determined by their 'souls', and their 'souls' are responsible for their actions. I speculate that the 'spirit' may influence the decisions of the 'soul'[197], but the spirit will not make the final decisions.[198] But if it is not only the 'soul' but also 'the soul and the spirit' that ultimately decides whether or not to sin, then not only the 'soul' but both 'the soul and the spirit' will be thrown into the lake of fire. In other words, if the final decision of free will rests not only with the 'soul' but also with both 'the soul and the spirit', then 'the soul and the spirit' will be thrown together with the body into the lake of fire, since 'the soul and the spirit' decide to sin together. However, while there are rare verses in the bible[199] that seem to allude to the spirit of a rejector[200] or apostate[201], I can't find a direct verse in which the spirit of a rejector will be thrown into the lake of fire. And even if it is true that the spirit of the rejector or apostate is the subject of will equal to his/her soul, it is unlikely that the spirit will separate from the soul and act as a demon after leaving the body. However, since there may be an opinion that 'Just as a rejector has a spirit, even a demon has a soul', opinions may differ on this as well. ④ If the free will, the final decision, rests with the 'soul', the 'soul' sins, and the 'soul' must be redeemed. If the 'spirit' makes the final decision, the 'spirit' sins, and the 'spirit' must be redeemed. If both the 'spirit and the soul' are the final decision makers, the 'spirit and the soul' sin, the 'spirit and the soul' must be redeemed. Blood atones for sins.[202] Because the soul is in the blood.[203] Blood cries out.[204] Because the soul is in the blood.[205] The LORD Jesus came as an adam with blood.[206] To redeem with blood.[207] From this point of view, it seems likely that the final decision, that is, the free will, resides in the 'soul'. However, since angels who are spirits, also have free will[208], there may be other views as well.[209] One might be of the view that the final decision rests with both the 'spirit and the soul', and that the blood has a spirit as well as a soul.[210] The blood of the LORD Jesus also symbolizes God the Holy Spirit.[211] In any case, the subject of the free will with the 'final decision' will be thrown into the lake of fire. In the bible, it is written that they are the 'soul' and the body.[212] ⑤ I believe that the 'soul' whether of the righteous or of the wicked, sleeps[213] and awaits judgment after he/she leaves the body.[214] It means that because he/she fell asleep, he/she will wake up to be judged. Without sleep, there would be no resurrection. But seeing that there is a clear resurrection of judgment, I believe that the souls of the wicked will also fall asleep after they leave the body. However, I think that sleeping after the soul leaves the body[215] may be different from the way we sleep.[216] ⑥ Moreover, if a person's soul can do evil even after he/she leaves the body, those evil deeds will also be included in the judgment. If so, the soul of a person created in the early stages, will only commit evil deeds in a state that repentance is impossible, so the weight of punishment will only increase as human history continues. Is there any reason why the righteous God must allow such a thing? ⑦ Another way of expressing the proof of the truthfulness of the commandments[217] is, 'Can we love God and our neighbors[218] even though we are clothed with the cursed flesh[219] in which the sinful desires rise?[220]'. It means that whether the soul decides to do good or to do evil in the absence of the cursed flesh, that decision cannot be a basis for influencing the proving the truthfulness of the commandments. One of the purposes of God's creation of Adam is to prove the truthfulness of the commandments, that is, to prove the possibleness of observance of the commandments.[221] But is there any reason why the soul in the state of not wearing a body, has to go through? In the bible, there is a saying that an unclean spirit goes through[222], but there is no word that a soul that is out of the body, goes through. I believe that the soul cannot function without the body[223], and that the soul of a person does good or evil only through the body.[224] I believe that the soul and body are judged on the basis of what the soul has done with the body.[225] Therefore, I do not agree with the claim that a person's soul becomes an unclean spirit, a demon, after leaving the body. |
Heb.10:12 but he, when he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
Heb.10:13 from that time waiting until his enemies are made the footstool of his feet.
† When the firstfruits who have been redeemed from among men, who keep the commandments of love, are produced and the appointed number of martyr witnesses is completed[226], Satan's claims are completely revealed to be lies, and Satan is reduced to a footstool underfoot. At this time the Son will come again to judge the creatures under sin. Now the Son awaits that time and is interceding for the saints at the right hand of His Father.[227]
Rev.19:20 The beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who worked the signs in his sight, with which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. They two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur.
† Even before the great white throne judgment, the beast and the false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire. It means that there is already a burning lake of fire. The beast is the king, that is, the state, the political power, that has taken over the world.[228] The burning of the 1st heaven and the 1st earth[229] can be seen as the burning of the earth dominated by world political power. The beast and the false prophet are still burning in the lake of fire at the end of the 1000-year kingdom.[230] If the beast is viewed as a political power that has taken over the whole world, that is, the earth, it can be seen that the earth seized by that political power is still burning until the end of the 1000-year kingdom. If that is the case, it is unlikely that God will create the new heaven and the new earth, the paradise[231], on earth.
† However, there may be an opinion that view the beast, the king, not as a political power itself, but as a fallen angel who seized that political power.[232] If so, it is not the earth that has been burning in the lake of fire for over 1000 years, but the fallen angel who took over the earth.[233] If the beast is a fallen angel, it is not necessarily impossible for a paradise to be established on the earth. If the beast means a fallen angel who has taken over the political power of the whole world, it may be argued that the earth melted in the fire, will be restored to the new heaven and the new earth.[234]
Acts1:6 Therefore, when they had come together, they asked him, "Lord, are you now restoring the kingdom to Israel?"
† The disciples knew that the LORD Jesus would establish the Messianic kingdom[235] on this earth and let the Israelites rule the world.[236] But the outward Israelites had already become the offspring of vipers.[237] The LORD Jesus will establish His kingdom in the new heaven and the new earth, and He will make the true Israelites, the inward Israelites not outward Israelites[238], the church, especially the martyr witnesses, reign under the LORD Jesus.[239]
Acts1:11 who also said, "You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who was received up from you into the sky will come back in the same way as you saw him going into the sky."
† The LORD Jesus who ascended into heaven in His resurrected body and is seated on the true throne[240], will come again from heaven to the earth.[241]
Acts3:20 and that he may send Christ Jesus, who was ordained for you before,
Acts3:21 whom the heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, whereof God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets that have been from ancient times.
† Until the LORD Jesus purifies the creation world from sin and perfects it, God the Son, the Creator, must become a creature and reign His creation world as a creature.[242] The Son determined to come to the creation world as the Messiah to annihilate sin from the creation world and complete creation, and after that He created angels and humans. It was not determined that the Son would come as the seed of a woman after the fall of human.[243] The reason the Son came as a creature and inherited the creation world as an inheritance[244], is to complete the inherited inheritance. The Son officially proved that He was the Heir of the creation world through the cross[245] and opened the way for the firstfruits to be born. After the Son judges sin through the firstfruits and completes creation of the creation world, the Son will deliver up His inherited creation world to His Father.[246]
Acts17:31 because he has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he has ordained; whereof he has given assurance to all men, in that he has raised him from the dead."
† The Son first determined to become the appointed man to judge sin with righteousness according to the commandments and then began His creation. By becoming a creature and taking up the cross, the Son revealed to the creation world what God's love and justice are like. Through the Son, the creatures saw the Creator approaching His creatures with love not strength[247], and through the love of the Creator, the creatures come to approach the Creator with love not fear.[248] Creatures who have come to know the love of their Creator never sin.[249] Only then will creation be completed.[250]
Rev.19:11 I saw the heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.
† The Son comes again to judge.
Rev.19:14 The armies which are in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in white, pure, fine linen.
† When the Son comes, the armies in heaven follow the Son.
Col.3:3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Col.3:4 When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.
† These armies may include the bride, the martyr witnesses, who has been caught up into the air by the 1st resurrection.[251] The armies in heaven are clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And the saints who are caught up into the air, the bride, also clothed in fine linen, bright and clean.[252] However, considering that the angels with the 7 golden bowls are also clothed in fine linen, clean and bright[253], I am not sure if these heavenly armies are made up of only the bride who are resurrected by the 1st resurrection.[254]
† The judgmental authority that will be given to the saints[255], probably refers to this authority given to those who sit on the throne here.
Rev.3:21 He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.
† Those who sit on the throne are those who overcame. Those who overcome are made to sit together on the throne of the Son, just as the Son who overcame sits on the throne of His Father.
Rev.2:26 He who overcomes, and he who keeps my works to the end, to him I will give authority over the nations.
Rev.2:27 He will rule them with a rod of iron, shattering them like clay pots; as I also have received of my Father:
† The authority over the nations which is given to those who overcome and keep His works to the end, is the authority to rule over the nations with a rod of iron, as shattering them like clay pots. It seems natural to accept that it means that the saints participate in the judgment of the LORD Jesus who judges, rather than the saints directly judging them.
† It will take place at the 2nd coming of the LORD Jesus for the saints to receive the reign of the 1000-year kingdom. Why is it expressed that the Father is coming?[256] Perhaps it expresses the Son's judgment on behalf of His Father, since the Father has entrusted the judgment to His Son.[257] To be more specific, it seems that the judgment at the time when the true most holy place is opened and the 7 plagues are poured out before the 2nd coming of the Son, is expressed as the coming of the Father.[258]
Rev.11:16 The twenty-four elders, who sit before God's throne on their thrones, fell on their faces and worshiped God,
† The 24 elders are sitting on their thrones. When the 24 elders bow down to worship the Father, the true temple is opened and the ark of His covenant appears, and the Father prepares to judge. The meaning that the ark of the covenant appears, means that the mercy seat, the throne above the ark, also appears. Perhaps it means that the Father who is seated on the throne, judges the sins of those who break the covenant. (Of course on the throne of the Father, the Son who has inherited His Father's name, sits with His Father's name.[259] The Son sits at the right hand of His Father's throne. Also, the Son who has His Father's name, sits on His Father's throne.[260])
† The time when the 7th trumpet is sounded, it is after the sealing through God the Holy Spirit who came as the latter rain, is finished. It is after the eternal gospel is proclaimed by the 2 witnesses.[261] It is after the appointed number of martyr witnesses who overcome the beast, is completed.[262] It is after the resurrection and the transformation take place, and the martyr witnesses are caught up into the air.[263] The time when the 7th trumpet is sounded, is the time when the Son, as High Priest, sprinkling His blood in the true most holy place, completely purifying the true temple from sin[264], thereby perfecting the free will of the angels.[265] It is about the time when the Son is about to come out to the courtyard, to cleanse the altar of burnt offering, Hades, from sin.[266] In other words, it is the time of the 2nd coming.
† The angels who saw the truthfulness of the commandments proved through the resurrection and the transformation, can no longer have doubts about God's love and justice.[267] Since there will be no more sin in the heaven of angels, the heaven of angels, the true temple[268], will be purified. While no one can enter the true temple, 7 plagues are pouring down on Hades.[269]
† After the harvest of the firstfruits through the resurrection and the transformation[270], there is the harvest of the clusters of grapes to be judged.[271] Perhaps the harvest of the clusters of grapes signifies the judgment of the 2nd coming of the LORD Jesus.[272] (Since the 7 plagues are poured out immediately[273] after the proclamation of judgment on the clusters of grapes[274], it seems that the 7 plagues are also included in the harvest of the clusters of grapes.) After He comes again to finish the harvest and to purify Hades from sin[275] by judging the nations of Hades[276], the Son drags Azazel Satan into the wilderness abyss and imprisons it.[277]
† The Son is the High Priest and also the man who is suitable to drag Satan into the abyss.[278] Whether the Son wearing the resurrected body imprisons Satan fraudswarms Himself or orders an angel to imprison them[279], the Son is the Creator who became a creature and is the ultimate authority to imprison Satan fraudswarms in the abyss. By overcoming Satan's temptations in the wilderness, the Son had previously shown that He was the man who stands in readiness, who was qualified to imprison Satan in the abyss.[280]
Rev.11:17 saying: "We give you thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the one who is and who was; because you have taken your great power, and reigned.
† The ark of God's covenant signifies judgment for those who are not covered with the blood of the Son. Creatures under sin by breaking the commandments, will be judged by the commandments of the ark.[281] However, for those who keep the commandments and love God and their neighbors, the ark of God's covenant means eternal life.[282]
Rev.15:1 I saw another great and marvelous sign in the sky: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them God's wrath is finished.
Rev.15:2 I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who overcame the beast, and his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.
Rev.15:3 They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty; Righteous and true are your ways, you King of the nations.
Rev.15:4 Who wouldn't fear you, Lord, And glorify your name? For you only are holy. For all the nations will come and worship before you. For your righteous acts have been revealed.
† Those who have come off victorious the beast and from his image and from the number of his name, are standing by the sea of glass. In other words, they are in a state that they can get out of Hades by wearing a new body after being resurrected[283] and standing outside of Hades. It is thought that they are going to come down with the Son after the 7 plagues are poured out.[284]
Rev.19:11 I saw the heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.
Rev.19:12 His eyes are a flame of fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has names written and a name written which no one knows but he himself.
Rev.19:13 He is clothed in a garment sprinkled with blood. His name is called "The Word of God."
Rev.19:14 The armies which are in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in white, pure, fine linen.
Rev.19:15 Out of his mouth proceeds a sharp, double-edged sword, that with it he should strike the nations. He will rule them with a rod of iron. He treads the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty.
Rev.19:16 He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written, "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."
† The armies in heaven here is thought to be the ones who stood on the sea of glass. (Though not all of the armies.) Or they might be angels.[285] The 7 angels with golden bowls are also clothed in linen.[286]
Rev.15:5 After these things I looked, and the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.
Rev.15:6 The seven angels who had the seven plagues came out, clothed with pure, bright linen, and wearing golden sashes around their breasts.
Rev.15:7 One of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.
Rev.15:8 The temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power. No one was able to enter into the temple, until the seven plagues of the seven angels would be finished.
† The true temple of the tabernacle of testimony in heaven is opened, and the commandments in it are revealed. The judgment of the 7 plagues begins on those who rejected the Son until the end and broke the covenant. The 1st heaven and the 1st earth will be burned with fire[287], and the Son will imprison Satan fraudswarms in the abyss.
④ The LORD Jesus will imprison Satan in the abyss.
Is.24:21 It shall happen in that day, that Yahweh will punish the host of the high ones on high, and the kings of the earth on the earth.
Is.24:22 They shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison; and after many days shall they be visited.
Is.24:23 Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed; for Yahweh of Hosts will reign on Mount Zion, and in Jerusalem; and before his elders shall be glory.
† On the day of the LORD Jesus comes again, He will punish the host of heaven, on high, and the kings of the earth, on earth.[288] Satan and his angels will be imprisoned in the abyss and be thrown into the lake of fire after 1000 years. Unlike the abyss, the kingdom of the Son established in the new heaven and the new earth will be a place where the moon will be abashed and the sun ashamed. Because the Lamb who is seated on the throne of new Jerusalem in the new heaven and the new earth, will Himself become the light.[289]
Is.34:4 All the host of the sky shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll; and all their host shall fade away, as the leaf fades from off the vine, and as a fading [leaf] from the fig tree.
Is.34:8 For Yahweh has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.
Is.34:9 The streams of [Edom] shall be turned into pitch, and the dust of it into sulfur, and the land of it shall become burning pitch.
Is.34:10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke of it shall go up for ever; from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it forever and ever.
Is.34:11 But the pelican and the porcupine shall possess it; and the owl and the raven shall dwell therein: and he will stretch over it the line of confusion, and the plummet of emptiness.
Is.34:12 They shall call the nobles of it to the kingdom, but none shall be there; and all its princes shall be nothing.
Is.34:13 Thorns shall come up in its palaces, nettles and thistles in the fortresses of it; and it shall be a habitation of jackals, a court for ostriches.
Is.34:14 The wild animals of the desert shall meet with the wolves, and the wild goat shall cry to his fellow; yes, the night-monster shall settle there, and shall find her a place of rest.
Is.34:15 There shall the dart-snake make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shade; yes, there shall the kites be gathered, everyone with her mate.
† These words seem to represent the scene where the Son will come again to judge Satan and burn the 1st heaven and the 1st earth with fire.[290] The Son will throw the beast that has taken over the earth (perhaps the 1st heaven and the 1st earth) into the lake of fire.[291] Unlike the new heaven and the new earth, the 1st heaven and the 1st earth of Hades burned with fire, will be desolate and empty. It may continue to be burning for 1000 years.[292] I don't know if this is referring to the abyss or if the Son puts the abyss in another specific place. If this word represents the lake of fire, it may not be the abyss. Anyway, the abyss exists even now.[293]
Jer.4:23 I saw the earth, and, behold, it was waste and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
Jer.4:24 I saw the mountains, and, behold, they trembled, and all the hills moved back and forth.
Jer.4:25 I saw, and, behold, there was no man, and all the birds of the sky were fled.
Jer.4:26 I saw, and, behold, the fruitful field was a wilderness, and all the cities of it were broken down at the presence of Yahweh, [and] before his fierce anger.
Jer.4:27 For thus says Yahweh, The whole land shall be a desolation; yet will I not make a full end.
Jer.4:28 For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black; because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and I have not repented, neither will I turn back from it.
† These words also seem to refer to the desolate land after the Son's return and judgment. This is definitely not the new heaven and the new earth, and it must be the 1st heaven and the 1st earth after being burned, or the abyss where Satan fraudswarms are confined. I don't know if God was referring only to Jerusalem after the exile to Babylon or even to the earth after the judgment of the 7 plagues, when God said that the whole land shall be a desolation, yet He will not make a full end. If we consider that God has even spoken about the earth that is judged by the 7 plagues, it may be seen that the 1st heaven and the 1st earth after being burned, will become abyssed or merged into the abyss. The abyss has already existed before the 1st heaven and the 1st earth are burned.[294] Looking at this, one might think that a change occurs in the area of the abyss. However, since there is a possibility that the 1st heaven and the 1st earth will be burning in the lake of fire for more than 1000 years[295], unless the lake of fire and the abyss were originally the same area, it cannot be concluded that the 1st heaven and the 1st earth will become abyssed or become a part of the abyss after being burned. It is questionable whether the 1st earth will be abyssed after being burned, but if it will be burning for more than 1000 years, it cannot be considered that the being burning in the lake of fire has become desolate.
Dan.7:11 I saw at that time because of the voice of the great words which the horn spoke; I saw even until the animal was slain, and its body destroyed, and it was given to be burned with fire.
Dan.7:12 As for the rest of the animals, their dominion was taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and a time.
† The beast and the false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire when the Son comes again and judges them before the 1000-year kingdom.[296] The rest of Satan fraudswarms are imprisoned in the abyss, released for a short time from the abyss after 1000 years, and then thrown into the lake of fire. If the burning of the 1st heaven and the 1st earth by fire[297] and the burning of the beast by the lake of fire[298] refer to the same event, the earth will be burning in the lake of fire for more than 1000 years.
Rev.20:1 I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.
Rev.20:2 He seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years,
Rev.20:3 and cast him into the abyss, and shut it, and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years were finished. After this, he must be freed for a short time.
† After pouring out the 7 plagues on the earth, the Son will come even to the earth[299], kill the wicked who did not die in the 7 plagues[300], and imprison Satan fraudswarms in the abyss.
[1] 1Cor.15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery. We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed.
[2] 1Pet.1:12 To them it was revealed, that not to themselves, but to you, did they minister these things, which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent out from heaven; which things angels desire to look into. Therefore, prepare your minds for action, be sober and set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ --
[3] Job1:8 Yahweh said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant, Job? For there is none like him in the earth, a blameless and an upright man, one who fears God, and turns away from evil." Then Satan answered Yahweh, and said, "Does Job fear God for nothing? Haven't you made a hedge around him, and around his house, and around all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. But put forth your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will renounce you to your face."
[4] Rom.3:19 Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God. Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight. For through the law comes the knowledge of sin.
[5] Rom.13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not give false testimony," "You shall not covet," and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Love doesn't harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law.
[6] Gal.5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one other, that you may not do the things that you desire. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
[7] Ps.89:14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Lovingkindness and truth go before your face.
[8] Rom.5:8 But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
[9] 1Cor.15:54 But when this corruptible will have put on incorruption, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen: "Death is swallowed up in victory." "Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?" The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
[10] John12:48 He who rejects me, and doesn't receive my sayings, has one who judges him. The word that I spoke, the same will judge him in the last day.
[11] Rev.11:15 The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!" The twenty-four elders, who sit before God's throne on their thrones, fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying: "We give you thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the one who is and who was; because you have taken your great power, and reigned. The nations were angry, and your wrath came, as did the time for the dead to be judged, and to give your servants the prophets, their reward, as well as the saints, and those who fear your name, the small and the great; and to destroy those who destroy the earth."
[12] 1Thess.4:16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God's trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
[13] Is.57:1 The righteous perishes, and no man lays it to heart; and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil [to come].
[14] Rev.16:4 The third poured out his bowl into the rivers and springs of water, and it became blood. I heard the angel of the waters saying, "You are righteous, who are and who were, you Holy One, because you judged this way. For they poured out the blood of the saints and the prophets, and you have given them blood to drink. They deserve this." I heard the altar saying, "Yes, Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are your judgments." The fourth poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was given to him to scorch men with fire.
[15] Josh.6:15 It happened on the seventh day, that they rose early at the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: only on the day they compassed the city seven times. It happened at the seventh time, when the priests blew the trumpets, Joshua said to the people, Shout; for Yahweh has given you the city.
[16] Rom.14:10 But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, "'As I live,' says the Lord, 'to me every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess to God.'" So then each one of us will give account of himself to God.

[20] Mark5:7 and crying out with a loud voice, he said, "What have I to do with you, Jesus, you Son of the Most High God? I adjure you by God, don't torment me." For he said to him, "Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!"

[24] Luke20:35 But those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. For neither can they die any more, for they are like the angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.
Matt.22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are like God's angels in heaven.
[25] Luke24:39 See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit doesn't have flesh and bones, as you see that I have."
[26] Gen.18:7 Abraham ran to the herd, and fetched a tender and good calf, and gave it to the servant. He hurried to dress it. He took butter, milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them. He stood by them under the tree, and they ate.
Heb.13:2 Don't forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it.
[27] Acts12:7 Behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side, and woke him up, saying, "Stand up quickly!" His chains fell off from his hands.
Luke24:41 While they still didn't believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, "Do you have anything here to eat?" They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb. He took it, and ate in front of them.
[28] Rev.20:5 The rest of the dead didn't live until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him one thousand years.
[29] Rev.20:11 I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. There was found no place for them. I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened books. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works. The sea gave up the dead who were in it. Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them. They were judged, each one according to his works.

[31] 1Pet.3:22 who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, angels and authorities and powers being made subject to him.
[32] Rev.15:2 I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who overcame the beast, and his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God. They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty; Righteous and true are your ways, you King of the nations.
[33] Rev.6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed for the Word of God, and for the testimony of the Lamb which they had. They cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, Master, the holy and true, do you not judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" A long white robe was given them. They were told that they should rest yet for a while, until their fellow servants and their brothers, who would also be killed even as they were, completed their course.
[34] Rev.20:13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it. Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them. They were judged, each one according to his works. Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.
[35] Heb.8:5 who serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly things, even as Moses was warned by God when he was about to make the tabernacle, for he said, "See, you shall make everything according to the pattern that was shown to you on the mountain."
Heb.9:23 It was necessary therefore that the copies of the things in the heavens should be cleansed with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
[36] 1Thess.4:16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God's trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
[37] Rev.20:4 I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as didn't worship the beast nor his image, and didn't receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived, and reigned with Christ for the thousand years. The rest of the dead didn't live until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
[38] Rev.20:11 I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. There was found no place for them. I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened books. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. They were judged, each one according to his works.
[39] Gen.4:10 Yahweh said, "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries to me from the ground.
[40] Acts7:59 They stoned Stephen as he called out, saying, "Lord Jesus, receive my Spirit!" He kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, "Lord, don't hold this sin against them!" When he had said this, he fell asleep.
[41] Eccles.4:1 Then I returned and saw all the oppressions that are done under the sun: and, behold, the tears of those who were oppressed, and they had no comforter; and on the side of their oppressors there was power; but they had no comforter. Therefore I praised the dead who have been long dead more than the living who are yet alive. Yes, better than them both is him who has not yet been, who has not seen the evil work that is done under the sun.
[42] Rom.8:19 For the creation waits with eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.
[43] Job2:3 Yahweh said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? For there is none like him in the earth, a blameless and an upright man, one who fears God, and turns away from evil. He still maintains his integrity, although you incited me against him, to ruin him without cause."
[44] Rom.8:11 But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
[45] Rev.15:1 I saw another great and marvelous sign in the sky: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them God's wrath is finished.
[46] 1Thess.4:17 then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
[47] Rev.21:4 He will wipe away from them every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more. The first things have passed away. He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." He said, "Write, for these words of God are faithful and true."
[48] Rev.20:4 I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them.
[49] Rev.21:1 I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away, and the sea is no more. I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.
[50] Rom.6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
[51] 1Cor.15:54 But when this corruptible will have put on incorruption, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen: "Death is swallowed up in victory." "Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?" The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
[52] Luke20:35 But those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. For neither can they die any more, for they are like the angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.
[53] 1Cor.15:43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body and there is also a spiritual body.
[54] 1Cor.15:20 But now Christ has been raised from the dead. He became the first fruits of those who are asleep. For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man.
[55] Rom.8:23 Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.
[56] 1Cor.15:28 When all things have been subjected to him, then the Son will also himself be subjected to him who subjected all things to him, that God may be all in all.
[57] 2Cor.5:4 For indeed we who are in this tent do groan, being burdened; not that we desire to be unclothed, but that we desire to be clothed, that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. Now he who made us for this very thing is God, who also gave to us the down payment of the Spirit.
[58] Luke19:16 The first came before him, saying, 'Lord, your mina has made ten more minas.' "He said to him, 'Well done, you good servant! Because you were found faithful in a very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.' "The second came, saying, 'Your mina, Lord, has made five minas.' "He said to him also, 'You also are to be over five cities.'
[59] Rom.8:17 and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us.
[60] Matt.13:41 The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all things that cause stumbling, and those who do iniquity, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be weeping and the gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
[61] Luke12:47 That servant, who knew his lord's will, and didn't prepare, nor do what he wanted, will be beaten with many stripes, but he who didn't know, and did things worthy of stripes, will be beaten with few stripes. To whoever much is given, of him will much be required; and to whom they deposit much, of him will they ask more.
[62] John8:44 You are of your Father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn't stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and the father of it.
[63] Ex.21:24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burning for burning, wound for wound, and bruise for bruise.
[64] Ps.37:20 But the wicked shall perish. The enemies of Yahweh shall be like the beauty of the fields. They will vanish -- Vanish like smoke.
[65] Ps.37:10 For yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more. Yes, though you look for his place, he isn't there.
[66] Col.1:20 and through him to reconcile all things to himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross. Through him, I say, whether things on the earth, or things in the heavens.
[67] 1John4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love. We love Him, because he first loved us.
[68] Rom.3:19 Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God. Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight. For through the law comes the knowledge of sin.
[69] Rom.8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.
[70] 1Thess.4:16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God's trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
[71] Rev.15:2 I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who overcame the beast, and his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God. They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty; Righteous and true are your ways, you King of the nations.
[72] Rev.19:13 He is clothed in a garment sprinkled with blood. His name is called "The Word of God." The armies which are in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in white, pure, fine linen. Out of his mouth proceeds a sharp, double-edged sword, that with it he should strike the nations. He will rule them with a rod of iron. He treads the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty.
[73] John5:29 and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
[74] Rev.20:11 I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away.
[75] Rev.2:10 Don't be afraid of the things which you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested; and you will have oppression for ten days. Be faithful to death, and I will give you the crown of life. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He who overcomes won't be harmed by the second death.
[76] Matt.16:24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If any man desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it.
[77] Rom.6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
[78] Is.53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he poured out his soul to death, and was numbered with the transgressors: yet he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
[79] 2Cor.5:21 For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
[80] Acts2:24 whom God raised up, having freed him from the agony of death, because it was not possible that he should be held by it.
[81] 1John3:5 You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and in him is no sin.
[82] 2Chr.6:36 If they sin against you (for there is no man who doesn't sin), and you are angry with them, and deliver them to the enemy, so that they carry them away captive to a land far off or near;
[83] Is.64:6 For we are all become as one who is unclean, and all our righteousness are as a polluted garment: and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.
[84] Phil.3:11 if by any means I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, if it is so that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus.
[85] 2Cor.5:21 For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
[86] 1Tim.1:15 The saying is faithful and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me as chief, Jesus Christ might display all his patience, for an example of those who were going to believe in him to eternal life.
[87] Phil.3:4 though I myself might have confidence even in the flesh. If any other man thinks that he has confidence in the flesh, I yet more: circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee; concerning zeal, persecuting the assembly; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, found blameless.
[88] 1Cor.4:3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you, or by man's judgment. Yes, I don't judge my own self. For I know nothing against myself. Yet I am not justified by this, but he who judges me is the Lord.
[89] Gal.2:12 For before some people came from James, he ate with the Gentiles. But when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision. And the rest of the Jews joined him in his hypocrisy; so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy. But when I saw that they didn't walk uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, "If you, being a Jew, live as the Gentiles do, and not as the Jews do, why do you compel the Gentiles to live as the Jews do?
[90] Acts15:37 Barnabas planned to take John with them also, who was called Mark. But Paul didn't think that it was a good idea to take with them someone who withdrew from them from Pamphylia, and didn't go with them to do the work. Then there arose a sharp contention, so that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark with him, and sailed away to Cyprus, but Paul chose Silas, and went out, being commended by the brothers to the grace of God.
[91] Rom.4:3 For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." Now to him who works, the reward is not accounted as of grace, but as of debt. But to him who doesn't work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness. Even as David also pronounces blessing on the man to whom God counts righteousness apart from works, "Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, Whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man whom the Lord will by no means charge with sin."
[92] Mark12:29 Jesus answered, "The greatest is, 'Hear, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one: you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the primary commandment. The second is like this, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these."
[93] Matt.15:18 But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the man. For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies. These are the things which defile the man; but to eat with unwashed hands doesn't defile the man."
[94] 1John4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another.
[95] Rom.5:5 and hope doesn't disappoint us, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
1Cor.2:11 For who among men knows the things of a man, except the spirit of the man, which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God, except God's Spirit. But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might know the things that were freely given to us by God.
[96] Rom.1:28 Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;
[97] Gal.5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one other, that you may not do the things that you desire. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
[98] 2Cor.6:1 Working together, we entreat also that you not receive the grace of God in vain,
[99] Jer.29:13 You shall seek me, and find me, when you shall search for me with all your heart.
[100] James4:8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
[101] Eph.5:2 Walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.
[102] 1Cor.13:3 If I dole out all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don't have love, it profits me nothing.
[103] John15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.
[104] Matt.22:37 Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the first and great commandment. A second likewise is this, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments."
[105] Matt.10:37 He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he who loves son or daughter more than me isn't worthy of me. He who doesn't take his cross and follow after me, isn't worthy of me. He who finds his life will lose it; and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.
[106] Gen.22:12 He said, "Don't lay your hand on the boy, neither do anything to him. For now I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son, from me."

[108] 1Cor.15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, who is not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the assembly of God.
[109] 2Cor.12:7 By reason of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted excessively, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, that I should not be exalted excessively. Concerning this thing, I begged the Lord three times that it might depart from me. He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
[110] Mark10:46 They came to Jericho. As he went out from Jericho, with his disciples and a great multitude, the son of Timaeus, Bartimaeus, a blind beggar, was sitting by the road. When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out, and say, "Jesus, you son of David, have mercy on me!"
[111] 1Cor.7:21 Were you called being a bondservant? Don't let that bother you, but if you get an opportunity to become free, use it.
[112] John14:15 If you love me, keep my commandments.
[113] 2John1:5 Now I beg you, dear lady, not as though I wrote to you a new commandment, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
[114] Rev.6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed for the Word of God, and for the testimony of the Lamb which they had.
[115] Luke7:47 Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little." He said to her, "Your sins are forgiven."
[116] 1John5:18 We know that whoever is born of God doesn't sin, but he who was born of God keeps himself, and the evil one doesn't touch him.
[117] 1Pet.1:22 Seeing you have purified your souls in your obedience to the truth through the Spirit in sincere brotherly affection, love one another from the heart fervently:

[120] John12:48 He who rejects me, and doesn't receive my sayings, has one who judges him. The word that I spoke, the same will judge him in the last day.
[121] Luke12:47 That servant, who knew his lord's will, and didn't prepare, nor do what he wanted, will be beaten with many stripes, but he who didn't know, and did things worthy of stripes, will be beaten with few stripes. [122] Matt.13:14 In them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says, 'By hearing you will hear, And will in no way understand; Seeing you will see, And will in no way perceive: For this people's heart has grown callous, Their ears are dull of hearing, They have closed their eyes; Or else perhaps they might perceive with their eyes, Hear with their ears, Understand with their heart, And should turn again; And I would heal them.' "But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear.

[129] 2Pet.3:12 looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of God, by reason of which the heavens being on fire will be dissolved, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, in which dwells righteousness.
[130] Rev.19:19 I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him who sat on the horse, and against his army. The beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who worked the signs in his sight, with which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. They two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur.
[131] Rev.11:15 The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ.
[132] Rev.20:4 I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them.

[134] Rev.17:15 He said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.
[135] Rev.17:16 The ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the prostitute, and will make her desolate, and will make her naked, and will eat her flesh, and will burn her utterly with fire. For God has put in their hearts to do what he has in mind, and to come to unity of mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God should be accomplished.
[136] 2Pet.3:12 looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of God, by reason of which the heavens being on fire will be dissolved, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, in which dwells righteousness.

Therefore since all these things are thus to be destroyed, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy living and godliness, looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of God, by reason of which the heavens being on fire will be dissolved, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, in which dwells righteousness.
[142] John19:10 Pilate therefore said to him, "Aren't you speaking to me? Don't you know that I have power to release you, and have power to crucify you?" Jesus answered, "You would have no power at all against me, unless it were given to you from above. Therefore he who delivered me to you has greater sin."
[143] Luke16:22 It happened that the beggar died, and that he was carried away by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died, and was buried. They two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. The rest were killed with the sword of him who sat on the horse, the sword which came forth out of his mouth. All the birds were filled with their flesh.
[147] Rev.20:1 I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. He seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years, and cast him into the abyss, and shut it, and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years were finished. After this, he must be freed for a short time.

But I tell you, that everyone who is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment; and whoever shall say to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council; and whoever shall say, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of the fire of Gehenna.
[158] Matt.19:23 Jesus said to his disciples, "Most assuredly I say to you, a rich man will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven with difficulty. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.'
