1. The Third Person in the Trinity
Rom.8:26 In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered.
Rom.8:27 He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.
† God the Holy Spirit is God and will make intercession for the saints.
1John5:5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
1John5:6 This is he who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood.
1John5:7 It is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is the truth.
1John5:8 For there are three who bear witness, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood; and the three agree as one.
† God the Holy Spirit is mentioned with God the Father and God the Son. God the Holy Spirit is God.
Rev.1:4 John, to the seven assemblies that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace, from God, who is and who was and who is to come; and from the seven Spirits who are before his throne;
Rev.4:5 Out of the throne proceed lightnings, sounds, and thunders. There were seven lamps of fire burning before his throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
Rev.5:6 I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.
Is.11:2 The Spirit of Yahweh shall rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Yahweh.
Is.11:3 His delight shall be in the fear of Yahweh; and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither decide after the hearing of his ears;
† The 7 Spirits before the throne is God the Holy Spirit. The Father will not send God the Holy Spirit in the name of the Son, that is, in the name of the Father which the Son inherits, until the Son sits on the right hand of the throne of the Father in the heaven of angels.[1] This is because the forgiveness of sins will have not yet been accomplished through the blood of the Son.[2] (?God the Holy Spirit will come to Hades when the LORD Jesus will be conceived in Mary.[3] After that, God the Holy Spirit will come when the LORD Jesus will be baptized[4], will come after His resurrection, when the LORD Jesus will breathe on His disciples saying 'Receive the Holy Spirit'.[5] Then on the Day of Pentecost, God the Holy Spirit will come to the disciples[6], and the disciples will become those who have the firstfruits of the Spirit?[7]) But the Father will send God the Holy Spirit after the Son passes through the heavens.[8]
† God is in the most holy place. The most holy place is where judgment takes place.[9] Sin cannot subsist in the sight of God[10], and the sinner must die and be annihilated.[11] Therefore, in order not to be judged and die before God in the most holy place, we must be without sin. Sin is forgiven through the blood of the LORD Jesus. But it hasn't been blotted out yet.[12] In order for his/her sin to be completely blotted out, it must be proved that he/she will never sin again.[13]
† The LORD Jesus obeyed the Father's will to the point of death. He took up His cross.[14] The veil of the temple, that is, the body of the LORD Jesus was torn on the cross.[15] When I overcome sin by obedience to God's commandments even to death, the veil[16], my flesh that blocked the way to God[17], is torn. We come to be able to enter the most holy place where God sits.[18] This is only possible through God the Holy Spirit.[19]
† The lampstand in the sanctuary symbolizes God the Holy Spirit. When we overcome sin through God the Holy Spirit and the veil of our flesh is torn through our cross, the throne is visible through the torn veil. Through the torn veil, we come to see God the Holy Spirit sent by the Father in the name of the Son who sits on the throne.[20] This is the being filled with God the Holy Spirit.[21] Being filled with God the Holy Spirit means that the throne on which God sits, has come to us. It means that the most holy place has been fulfilled in us.
† The LORD Jesus is the rightful Heir and Ruler of the creation world. The LORD Jesus inherits the name that is above every name, and sits on the true throne. God the Holy Spirit comes upon us in the name of the LORD Jesus.[22] God the Holy Spirit who has all the authority of the creation world, comes into our flesh.[23]

Acts16:7 having come down to Mysia, they attempted to go to Bithynia, and the Spirit of Jesus did not allow them;[Darby]
† God the Holy Spirit and the Spirit of the LORD Jesus are mentioned together. However, there are also translations without the name of ‘Jesus’.
Acts16:6 Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia,[KJV]
Acts16:7 After they were come to Mysia, they assayed to go into Bithynia: but the Spirit suffered them not.[KJV]
Acts16:6 Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia, and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia;[Webster]
Acts16:7 After they had come to Mysia, they essayed to go into Bithynia: but the Spirit suffered them not.[Webster]
† Judging from the context, it seems to mean that [God the Holy Spirit = The Spirit of the LORD Jesus]
Rom.8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn't have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his.
† The Spirit of God = The Spirit of Christ
† The Spirit who dwells in the saints = The Spirit of Christ
† The Spirit of God = The Spirit of Christ = The Spirit who dwells in the saints
Rom.8:11 But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
† He who raised the LORD Jesus from the dead = The Father
† The Spirit of the Father = The Spirit of God
† The Spirit who dwells in the saints = The Spirit of the Father
† The Spirit of the Father = The Spirit of God = The Spirit who dwells in the saints = Spirit of Christ
Rom.8:15 For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!"
† The spirit of bondage = The law
† The Spirit of adoption = God the Holy Spirit(The law of the Spirit)[34]
† The Spirit of Christ = The Spirit of the Father = The Spirit who dwells in the saints = The Spirit of God = The Spirit of adoption
Rom.8:23 Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.
† being adopted = redemption of the body = resurrection or transformation[35]
† God the Holy Spirit = guarantee of the resurrection and transformation[36] = Another Counselor[37]
Gal.4:4 But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,
Gal.4:5 that he might redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
Gal.4:6 And because you are sons, God sent out the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, "Abba, Father!"
† The Spirit of the Son = The Spirit of adoption = The Spirit who makes us call God the Father 'Father'
† The Spirit of the Father = The Spirit of Christ = The Spirit of adoption = The Spirit of the Son = God the Holy Spirit = Another Counselor = The Spirit who dwells in the saints
1Pet.1:10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets sought and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you,
1Pet.1:11 searching for who or what kind of time the Spirit of Christ, which was in them, pointed to, when he predicted the sufferings of Christ, and the glories that would follow them.
† The Spirit of Christ is God the Holy Spirit. However, I think that the Spirit of Christ here expressed as was in the prophets of the old testament times, does not represent God the Holy Spirit who came upon the disciples on the Day of Pentecost. This is because the official forgiveness of sins has not yet been fulfilled.[38] I think that the Spirit of Christ here means that a spirit sent by Christ or belonging to Christ. If so, there is a possibility that the Spirit of Christ who came upon the prophets of the old testament times, might be angels like Gabriel. Just as God made Daniel understand the truth through Gabriel, it is possible that God sent angels to the prophets of the old testament times to make them understand the truth.
† Or it is possible that the Spirit of Christ is really God the Holy Spirit. It is possible that God the Holy Spirit actually came upon the prophets of the old testament times. However, God the Holy Spirit was probably not actually in the flesh of the prophets of the old testament times[39], because there was only the promise of atonement, but the actual atonement had not yet been fulfilled. In order for God the Holy Spirit to actually come into the flesh of the saints[40], the blood of the Son must be covered over the saints. In other words, the new covenant must be made[41] with the blood of the Son[42], not with the blood of beasts. Therefore, before the cross of the LORD Jesus, God the Holy Spirit would not have come into the flesh of the saints.[43]
2Pet.1:21 For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke, being moved by the Holy Spirit.
† This verse that the saints of the old testament times were moved by the Holy Spirit does not mean that God the Holy Spirit came into the flesh of the prophets of the old testament times and the prophets became the temple of God the Holy Spirit. It is possible that God sent angels to move the prophets. It is possible that the Spirit that was expressed as the Spirit of God in the old testament, could mean a spirit sent by God, could mean an angel.[44] Even if God Himself did not come in person but sent an angel instead[45], the angel had come to humans on behalf of God to deliver the word of God.[46] Not only that, just as an angel delivered the revelation of God to John[47], Gabriel also delivered the understanding of the vision of God to Daniel.[48] Even if God the Holy Spirit Himself had come upon the prophets, He would not have entered into the flesh of them.[49] It means that the body of prophets could not have become the temple of God.[50]
Ω God the Holy Spirit is equal to God the Father and God the Son |
John14:16 I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever, -- John14:17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you. † The Son speaks of God the Holy Spirit as the “Counselor” who is like the Son, but not the Son. John14:26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you. † The Father sends God the Holy Spirit through the Son in the name of the Son, and God the Holy Spirit comes to the saints and teaches them the truth. John15:26 "When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me. † The Son who has a 'personality' like a person with a personality, speaks of God the Holy Spirit as the One who has an independent ‘personality’. The Son sends God the Holy Spirit to the saints from the Father.[51] John16:13 However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever things he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you the things that are coming. John16:14 He will glorify me, for he will take from what is mine, and will declare it to you. † The Son Himself says that God the Holy Spirit will come and work. Acts10:19 While Peter thought about the vision, the Spirit said to him, "Behold, three men seek you. † God the Holy Spirit says. Acts8:29 The Spirit said to Philip, "Go near, and join yourself to this chariot." † God the Holy Spirit says. Acts11:12 The Spirit told me to go with them, without discriminating. These six brothers also accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house. † God the Holy Spirit tells. Acts13:2 As they served the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, "Separate Barnabas and Saul for me, for the work to which I have called them." † God the Holy Spirit says. Rom.8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. Rom.8:15 For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!" Rom.8:16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; † The Spirit of adoption, God the Holy Spirit Himself bears witness. † God the Holy Spirit who is the guarantee of the resurrection and transformation of the saints[52], makes intercession for the saints in the flesh of the saints. 1Cor.12:6 There are various kinds of workings, but the same God, who works all things in all. 1Cor.12:7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all. 1Cor.12:11 But the one and the same Spirit works all of these, distributing to each one separately as he desires. † The Father sends God the Holy Spirit to the saints in the name of the Son, and God the Holy Spirit comes upon each one and manifests the work as He wills. 1Tim.4:1 But the Spirit says expressly that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons, † God the Holy Spirit says. Heb.10:15 The Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying, † God says that God the Holy Spirit witnesses. 1John5:7 It is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is the truth. 1John5:8 For there are three who bear witness, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood; and the three agree as one. 1John5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.[KJV] 1John5:7 For there are three that bear testimony in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one.[Webster] 1John5:7 And the Spirit is the witness, because the Spirit is the truth.[RSV] 1John5:7 And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is the truth.[ASV] 1John5:7 And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is the truth.[NAS] 1John5:7 For there are three that testify:[NIV] 1John5:7 For they that bear witness are three:[Darby] 1John5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.[KJV] 1John5:8 And there are three that bear testimony on earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.[Webster] 1John5:8 There are three witnesses, the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree.[RSV] 1John5:8 For there are three who bear witness, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and the three agree in one.[ASV] 1John5:8 For there are three that bear witness, the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.[NAS] 1John5:8 the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.[NIV] 1John5:8 the Spirit, and the water, and the blood; and the three agree in one.[Darby] † Some translations have translated that the Trinity bears witness in heaven and earth. The word ‘Holy Spirit’ is used equally with the words 'God the Father' or 'God the Son'. The Holy Spirit (Hageeos Pnyoomah), the Spirit of God, is God. |
② God the Holy Spirit comes in the name of the Son.
2Sam.23:1 Now these are the last words of David. David the son of Jesse says, The man who was raised on high says, The anointed of the God of Jacob, The sweet psalmist of Israel:
2Sam.23:2 The Spirit of Yahweh spoke by me, His word was on my tongue.
† The Spirit of Yahweh speaks. One might be of the view that the Spirit of Yahweh of the old testament times does not refer to God the Holy Spirit of the new testament times. Anyway, in the old testament times, God the Holy Spirit would not have entered into the flesh of the saints.[53] God the Holy Spirit will come into the flesh of the saints in the name of the Father[54] which the Son inherited after His crucifixion.[55]
Ps.139:7 Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence?
Ps.139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there!
Ps.139:9 If I take the wings of the dawn, And settle in the uttermost parts of the sea;
Ps.139:10 Even there your hand will lead me, And your right hand will hold me.
Ps.139:11 If I say, "Surely the darkness will overwhelm me; The light around me will be night;"
Ps.139:12 Even the darkness doesn't hide from you, But the night shines as the day. The darkness is like light to you.
† God is in heaven, in Hades, and in the uttermost parts of the sea; God sees and knows everything in darkness and light. However, this is a time when the forgiveness of sins has not yet been fulfilled because the Son has not yet expressed Himself as a creature to the creation world, and therefore God the Holy Spirit does not come into the flesh of the saints. Since God the Creator is upholding the creation world with His Word[56], there can be no creature outside of God the Creator. God's sovereignty extends not only to heavens, but also to the darkness where Satan fraudswarms are confined, extends in all areas of the creation world. There is no domain beyond which God is not in control. Existence or non-existence, only in God.[57] God alone is everything.[58]
† This verse says that the Spirit of Yahweh fills the creation world. It is only God who fills[59] every place.[60] (Or, there is only God who is everywhere and always present.) Therefore, the Spirit of Yahweh here refers to the actual God the Holy Spirit. Although God the Holy Spirit fills the creation world, the time when God the Holy Spirit first entered into human flesh, it was probably when the Son was conceived in Mary's womb.[61] Whether God the Holy Spirit first entered into human flesh when the Son was conceived in Mary's womb, or God the Holy Spirit first entered into human flesh when the Son was baptized by John the Baptist, God the Holy Spirit first entered into the flesh of the Son. It means that there was no flesh that received God the Holy Spirit before the Son accomplished the Atonement. The first time when God the Holy Spirit entered into the flesh of the saints[62] was when the Son breathed on His disciples after His resurrection[63] or at Pentecost.[64]
† There is a possibility that unfinished creatures[65] will be judged and die[66] if they see God the Creator.[67] God the Creator has to hide Himself from creatures.[68] God upholds infinity as ever-existing[69], and the creation world cannot fully contain God.[70] To God, the creation world is just as if nothing were there.[71] How much can angels or humans who cannot escape even space-time[72] really know God?[73] Only to the extent that the infinite God expressed Himself to the creation world, can creatures know God.[74] After the Son formally expresses Himself to the creation world, annihilates sin from it and completes creation[75], the Father will be all in all.[76]
Luke1:35 The angel answered her, "The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore also the holy one who is born from you will be called the Son of God.
† It is God the Holy Spirit who is coming at this time.
John7:39 But he said this about the Spirit, which those believing in him were to receive. For the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus wasn't yet glorified.
† After the LORD Jesus was glorified on the cross, He inherited the name of the Father, and in the name of the Father that the Son has inherited, the Son asks the Father, and the Father sends God the Holy Spirit.
John14:16 I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever, --
† The Son asks the Father, and the Father sends God the Holy Spirit.
John14:17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.
† When God the Holy Spirit comes, He will dwell in the saints. The Son will not dwell, but God the Holy Spirit. Just as the Father and the Son are different, so the Son and God the Holy Spirit are different. Just as the Father and the Son are God, so is God the Holy Spirit. When the Father and the Son express Themselves in the bible, God the Holy Spirit also expresses Himself with the Father and the Son.[77]
John14:26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.
† God the Holy Spirit whom the Father sent in the name of the Son, teaches everything and reminds us of the Word. The Son sits on the throne. The Son Himself does not teach and remind us, but God the Holy Spirit does. Just as the Son spoke what the Father spoke[78], so God the Holy Spirit speaks what the Son speaks.[79]
John15:26 "When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.
† When God the Holy Spirit of truth whom the LORD Jesus sends to us from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, testifies of the Son.
John16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I don't go away, the Counselor won't come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.
John16:8 When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment;
† Everything that is the Father's[80] is also the Son's[81], and the Son does only the Father's will.[82] So even if the Son asks for God the Holy Spirit and the Father sends Him, it can be said that the Son sends Him.
† The going away of the Son means His crucifixion. The reason why God the Holy Spirit does not come unless the Son goes away, is that in order for God the Holy Spirit comes to us, the forgiveness of sins must be accomplished for us through the blood of the Son shed on the cross. When the Son was on this earth as adam in a soulish body, the Son was filled with God the Holy Spirit. In view of this, the Son who is the Counselor, and God the Holy Spirit who is another Counselor[83], can be together. Nevertheless, the reason that God the Holy Spirit did not come into anyone other than the Son before the cross, was not because God the Holy Spirit could not be with the Son in the same space-time, but because except the Son, there was no one without sin into whom God the Holy Spirit could come.
Acts2:33 Being therefore exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this, which you now see and hear.
Acts5:32 We are His witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him."
† The Son asks the Father for those who obey Him, and the Father sends God the Holy Spirit to them in the name of the Son.
Acts28:25 When they didn't agree among themselves, they departed after Paul had spoken one word, "The Holy Spirit spoke well through Isaiah, the prophet, to our fathers,
† To say that the Holy Spirit spoke through Isaiah, does not mean that God the Holy Spirit came into the flesh of Isaiah.[84] Only after the LORD Jesus is glorified will the Counselor, God the Holy Spirit, come into the flesh of the saints.[85]
Luke1:15 For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and he will drink no wine nor strong drink. He will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb.
† I think this does not mean that John the Baptist was filled with God the Holy Spirit from his mother's womb. The Son has not yet received the glory of the cross. It is presumed that the Spirit of Yahweh came upon John the Baptist as He did upon the prophets in the old testament times.[86]
Luke1:41 It happened, when Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
† I think this verse that Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit, does not mean that God the Holy Spirit came into her flesh. Only after the LORD Jesus is glorified, God the Holy Spirit, the another Counselor, comes into the flesh of the saints.
Luke2:25 Behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon; and this man was righteous and devout, looking for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was on him.
Luke2:26 It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he should not see death before he had seen the Lord's Christ.
† This may not mean that God the Holy Spirit came into Simeon's flesh. Only after the LORD Jesus is glorified, God the Holy Spirit, the another Counselor, comes into the flesh of the saints.
Heb.2:4 God also bearing witness with them, both by signs and wonders, and by various works of power, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will?
Heb.3:7 Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says, "Today if you will hear his voice,
Heb.9:8 The Holy Spirit is indicating this, that the way into the Holy Place wasn't yet revealed while the first tabernacle was still standing;
Heb.10:15 The Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying,
Heb.10:16 "This is the covenant that I will make with them: 'After those days,' says the Lord, 'I will put my laws on their heart, I will also write them on their mind;'" then,
† It is written that the Holy Spirit said, but the text quoted below shows that Yahweh said. This means that the Spirit of Yahweh moved the prophet to speak. God the Holy Spirit must not have entered into the flesh of prophets.
Jer.31:33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says Yahweh: I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people:
1Pet.1:10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets sought and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you,
1Pet.1:11 searching for who or what kind of time the Spirit of Christ, which was in them, pointed to, when he predicted the sufferings of Christ, and the glories that would follow them.
† It is written that the Spirit of Christ who had been coming before the Son came, was in the prophets of the old testament times. However, at this time, God the Holy Spirit must not have entered into the flesh of the saints.[87] It means that the prophets would not have been the temples.[88] The Spirit of Christ spoken of here may not mean God the Holy Spirit but the spirit belonging to Christ, but even if the Spirit means the actual God the Holy Spirit, the Spirit must have moved the prophets outside of their flesh.[89] Even if God the Holy Spirit moved the prophets outside of their flesh, creatures must serve God sincerely without change.
2Pet.1:21 For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke, being moved by the Holy Spirit.
† Being moved by the Holy Spirit does not mean that God the Holy Spirit entered into the flesh of the prophets before the LORD Jesus came.
1Sam.11:6 The Spirit of God came mightily on Saul when he heard those words, and his anger was kindled greatly.
† God the Holy Spirit is expressed in the old testament times as the Spirit of God, the Spirit of Yahweh. The Spirit of God might have been the actual God the Holy Spirit, but a spirit belonging to God might also have been expressed as the Spirit of God. Whether or not it was, I think God the Holy Spirit had not yet entered into the flesh of the saints until the LORD Jesus was glorified. Because the forgiveness of sins has not yet been fulfilled by the blood of the cross, and the most holy place has not yet been opened.[90] We can enter the most holy place and see God only with the redeeming blood of the Son.[91] We can enter the most holy place and see God the Holy Spirit only with the blood of the Son. After the LORD Jesus was crucified, the most holy place is opened and the Holy Spirit enters into the flesh of the saints. The saints become the most holy places where God the Holy Spirit dwells.
1Cor.6:19 Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own,
1Cor.6:20 for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
† Because God the Holy Spirit dwells, our flesh becomes the temple of God the Holy Spirit. Only into the flesh of those who have been purified by the blood of the Son, God the Holy Spirit enters.
Rom.8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.
Rom.8:15 For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!"
